Welcome to our Autumn edition of Residents News, our quarterly
newsletter to all residents whose homes are managed by Ascham
Homes.
It was a great pleasure for me and the Ascham team to meet so
many of you on the 'Ascham Connects' outreach day in July this
year, and this newsletter updates you on what we learnt from you.
It also provides you with the details of the people who are working
for you in our new Neighbourhood Management structure.
Over the months to come we hope you will see real differences in
the responsiveness of our teams and their ability to resolve
problems in the places where you live. We also include feedback
from the last Residents conference - which had a record number of
participants, as well as details of the next conference.
We want to encourage even more of you to come this time, to meet
the new teams working for you and to help us think through and have
your say in the way Ascham and its residents work together. I look
forward to seeing you there.
