You can contact your Tenancy Services Officer for advice and
information regarding issues affecting your tenancy. Your Officer
may be able to advise you directly or refer you to a specialist
support or advice agency.

Team
Waltham Forest has a Tenancy Support and Resettlement S ervice
that provides support and advice to vulnerable tenants. They can
help you to cope with things that you may find difficult within
your home, such as claiming benefits, managing financial
responsibilities or sorting out neighbour disputes. The Team can be

Aids and
Adaptations
You may require special adaptations to your home to enable you
to get the full benefits of living within it, this could be extra
handrails fitted within the property, special taps added to water
systems, stair lifts to gain access more easily within a two storey
accommodation, ramp access to front entrances, grab rails in the
toilet or a level access shower.
