Your Tenancy
The tenancy agreement which you sign when receiving the keys to
your council property is your contract between the London Borough
of Waltham Forest authority and you.
It is the legal binding document that sets out the
responsibilities and expectations of the council, your neighbours
and you. It also lists the services you will receive in return for
the rent you pay.
Please keep your tenancy agreement in a safe place as it is
essentially your proof of occupancy to your property. If you
