Pets
The
Council’s tenancy agreement allows tenants to keep a pet within
their homes, providing they have obtained written permission from
Ascham Homes and the animal does not cause a nuisance.
Before requesting permission, you need to ensure you can look
after your pet, have the necessary arrangements in place to ensure
it does not cause a nuisance such as fencing if you have a dog and
a garden and the appropriate facilities to dispose of your animal’s
waste.
