Estate Parking
Ascham Homes manages the controlled parking permit scheme on
council estates on behalf of the London Borough of Waltham
Forest.
Vehicles not displaying either a perking exemption permit,
residents permit or a visitor’s permit will be towed away by the
removal contractor working in partnership with Ascham Homes.
The scheme operates on a Monday to Friday between the hours of
09:00 am and 5:00 pm in the evening.
If your vehicle or your visitor’s vehicle is towed away, you
will be charged the normal rate of £ 160.00, plus £ 15.00 per day
to retrieve the vehicle.
