Concierge Scheme
As part of our commitment to providing
residents with safe and secure homes, Ascham Homes provides a
concierge service at Northwood Tower. Concierges provide improved
security for residents and visitors to the area.
The concierge operates from a control room at
Northwood Tower.
The controlled door entry system reduces
access to the building(s) to key holders or contact through the
intercom system.
The Concierge will monitor communal security
at the location.
The concierge service provided is paid for by
leaseholders and tenants in Northwood Tower through their service
charge.
A concierge service may be suggested as part
of an improvement to your estate or block. Before such a scheme is
installed all residents will be consulted on the need and costs and
then balloted for their view. The scheme will only be introduced if
a majority of residents want it.
