The Tenants Resource Centre
We have
relocated the Tenants Resource Centre, from its old location in
Wood Street E17, to our new premises on the ground floor at Ascham
Homes, Willow House, 869 Forest Road, Walthamstow, London E17
4UH.
We provide a free service, with disabled access to the front and
rear of the building, which is open to council residents of Waltham
Forest, aged 16 or over, living in a property managed by us, Ascham
Homes.
We encourage residents, including Tenants and Residents
Association (TRA) representatives or Voluntary groups, to visit, to
use the facilities for housing related purposes, community grant
searches or produce material to aid community work.
The Tenants Resource Centre has the capacity for up to 4 people
and includes the following facilities:
- Computers
- Internet access
- Telephone
- Fax machine
- Printer
- Basic kitchen facilities
- Travel expenses
Ascham Homes will reimburse your travel costs, on public
transport, to and from your home and the Tenants Resource Centre,
on production of a valid receipt.

Monday 8am to 6pm, Tuesday to Friday 10am to 4pm
Hiring our
meeting room
The Tenants Resource Centre also has a seperate meeting room
which can seat up to 6 people and is available for TRA’s or
voluntary groups to hire, free of charge.
