Birchcroft Plc. was established in 1986.
We are a company specialising in Heating, Plumbing and
electrical installations, and provide a complete range of services
including, Design, Installation, and Maintenance, Heating, Plumbing
and Electrical systems.
We are approved by many London Local Authorities and Housing
associations, and have a proven track record with both.
Our projects involve new build and occupied refurbishment
schemes, together with ‘Planned’ and ‘Responsive’ maintenance
contracts. Our techniques are specifically designed to minimise
disruption and maximise continuity of usage for Clients and
Residents.
We aim to provide a positive experience for everyone together
with the lasting benefits of our improvement works.
Birchcroft has new modern offices in a key location for access
to Essex, London, and Kent, and a stable workforce of approximately
40 personnel, all highly trained and motivated.
In 2000, Birchcroft established its own Training Centre which
has been fully-certified as a Training and Assessment Centre by the
C.I.T.B. The curriculum includes courses leading to formal
qualifications such as CORGI registration and Water Regulations
registration; Health & Safety courses; and courses in business
and customer service skills.
We are members of CORGI and the HVCA, and CHAS. Accredited , and
an NICEIC Registerered electrical Contractor. We are also approved
by 'Constructionline' and ‘Exor’
Birchcroft is a proven organisation in this field and has
recently been a National Industry Awards finalist. We have been
awarded a National Safety Award for the last four consecutive
years.
