The Apollo Group is pleased to be one of the two main partners
with Ascham Homes Limited. The Apollo Group embraced the concept of
partnering many years ago along side its then clients in the public
and private sector as the way forward in delivering a first class
service which had both quality of product, and value for money as
an added bonus to service delivery.
Partnering requires a different approach to the old contractual
rules, which Apollo in Partnership Limited has embraced and tried
to enhance working closely with its growing client base. And with
all of our clients we can see these new approaches baring
fruit.
Housing refurbishment requires specialist project and
construction management skills together with a commitment to work
in an open and honest way and a willingness to respect the local
residents in and around whose homes we are working.
Our approach is to establish each client relationship as unique
– taking time to understand the needs of the people involved. Only
after having established this can we work pro-actively to innovate,
re-engineer and think imaginatively to exceed those expectations,
and create sustainable places where people will want to live for
many years to come.
