If at the end of the complaints procedure you still think that part of your service charge is unreasonable, you may ask us to refer the matter to arbitration using our Dispute Resolution Scheme. The arbitrator is appointed by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. We may ask you to pay part of the costs for this.
