Non-secure tenancies
These tenancies include those given to people who:
- are placed in temporary accommodation
- are in service properties, for example, if you are a caretaker
- have been granted a minimum period tenancy, (for example, homeless people placed in temporary accommodation)
If
you have a non-secure tenancy and need any advice, you should contact
the officer dealing with your case. For example, if you have been
placed in non-secure accommodation by the council’s homeless section,
you should contact them if you need advice. Similarly, if you are a
caretaker in service accommodation, please contact your estate services
team leader.
