Home-loss payment
This is a fixed sum paid for
the permanent loss of your home, which we can pay on top of a
disturbance payment. To qualify, you must have lived at your home for
at least 12 months. We normally only make the payment in cases where we
need to redevelop or demolish a property and where the existing tenant
must move out permanently with no right of return to the accommodation
in the future.
