About Your Tenancy Agreement
Your tenancy
agreement covers the terms and conditions of your tenancy in detail.
When you sign up for your tenancy you must keep to the conditions of
the agreement. If there is anything in the agreement you do not
understand, please contact Ascham Direct or get advice from a
solicitor, law centre or citizens advice bureau.
Your tenancy may be a:
- secure tenancy
- non-secure tenancy
- demoted tenancy
Your tenancy agreement will tell you what sort of tenancy you have.
