Standard repairs
We carry out most minor repairs within
20 days. Larger repairs, such as replacing your roof or windows are
added to a database and are completed as part of a planned programme.
We will give you an estimate of when the work will be completed and
will keep you updated with our progress. When you report your repair,
we will tell you which category it falls in.
If
our contractor calls and there is no-one at home, they will leave a
card which will give you a phone number to call and make another
appointment. If a contractor fails to keep a definite appointment, you
are entitled to compensation of £15. If you owe us rent, we will pay
compensation into your rent account.
