If you are a tenant and your home has gas appliances that we have installed, we must service them every year. You must allow us into your home to do this.

Regular servicing is essential because it:

makes sure your heating is safe
reduces the likelihood of breakdowns
is needed by law
saves you and us money

If we leave a message asking you to make an appointment for servicing, please contact Ascham Direct to arrange for a gas fitter to call at your home. Please do not ignore it.

When a contractor calls and has completed the service, they will give you a copy of the service sheet for your records.

If you do not let us in to carry out repair or maintenance we will where appropriate force entry and or obtain an injunction to do this. We will charge you for any costs that we meet in doing this.

If you are a leaseholder, you are responsible for making sure that your appliances are serviced every year.
