How much rent have I paid?

We will send you a statement of your account four times a year. This will tell you how much you have been charged, how much you have paid and give you a balance so that you know if you are behind or ahead with your payments. You should keep your rent swipe card, bank statement and any receipts handy so that you can check these against the statement.  If you have any questions about your statement, please contact Ascham Direct on 020 8497 4179.

If at any time you have missed rent payments and we owe you money in connection with your tenancy, rather than pay the money directly to you we may decide to credit your rent account with the money we owed you. You will receive notice of this payment if we do this.
