The scheme is underwritten by Norwich Union and arranged for Ascham Homes by Jardine Lloyd Thompson Tenant Risks who specialise in contents insurance for tenants of Registered Social Landlords and Local Authorities.
We add the charge for household contents insurance to your weekly rent. The scheme covers the contents of your home against fire, theft, flood damage and so on.
