If you are a leaseholder and your complaint is about service charges
If at the end of the complaints
procedure you still think that part of your service charge is
unreasonable, you can ask us to refer the matter to arbitration our
dispute resolution scheme.
This means that we will ask someone who is entirely independent to look into our reasons for charging you, and your reasons for disagreeing with the charge. They will then decide who is right, or suggest a compromise.
You may be asked to pay part of the costs of this. The dispute resolution scheme is normally cheaper than going to court.
