What to do if you are being harassed
Get in touch with Ascham Direct straight away. If you have been physically attacked or threatened, one of our tenancy enforcement officers will contact you within one working day to get more information and make an appointment to interview you. You should also contact the police. If no violence or threats of violence have been used, a tenancy enforcement officer will contact you within three working days to arrange an interview.
We will do all we can to interview you within ten working days. During the interview, the tenancy enforcement officer will take all the details from you and will begin a full investigation. The details you provide help us to decide on the best action to take. When we are taking action against an individual following a complaint we will tell you about progress every four weeks.
