Ascham Homes Contract Panels

Ascham Homes is a big organisation, Waltham Forest is a big borough - but we don't want you to get lost in the crowd.  We believe in delivering the best value to our customers and that means customers being able to raise issues that are personal and local to them.
 
There are five Area Contract Panels which meet on a six weekly basis to allow tenant associations, tenants and leaseholders the opportunity to make their views known and to scrutinise the work of Ascham
Homes.
 
Contract panels are attended by Ascham Homes staff and residents.  These meetings are open to any Ascham Homes Resident.
 
This section of the web site gives you access to detailed performance and management issues affecting your local area and shows you how to get involved in scrutinising that information and in the company's decision making process.
 
 
 
Ascham Homes policy is to ensure meetings are advertised, open, transparent, accountable and welcoming and that tenants and leaseholders know who to contact about meetings and agendas.
