Programme Management Limited (PML) came into creation in 1995. It is a consultancy group which offers clients a wide range of services including, integration management, change management, people management, performance management, audit services and property and facilities management services. Everything that we offer has one aim in mind.
As consultants our job is to make the service that you envisage as the client come to fruition and work with as little intervention as possible which in the long term provides you with a value for money professional service.
Our job with Ascham Homes is to support the management of the partnering processes, working with all of the partnering contractors, and the management of Ascham Homes to resolve issues and to form a quality circle so that there is continuous improvement in the quality of the service that the tenants and the Client receives.
The group has built an extensive client portfolio in the public and private sectors spanning commercial, defence, educational, government, housing, police and telecommunication markets. Our ethos is to progress, manage and educate companies and individuals to succeed through development.
As the partnering process becomes more involved over the next few years, we know that the tenants of Waltham Forest Council and our management colleagues within Ascham Homes will continue to enjoy the benefits of our association. It is an association that we have enjoyed very much over the last few years, and hope that it continues for many years to come.
