Kier Building Maintenance is proud to be the day to day repair and maintenance partner for Ascham Homes and the London Borough of Waltham Forest. 

 

Ascham Homes has management responsibility for over 10,600 properties held by Waltham Forest Council, and the day to day maintenance of those properties is an integral part of the long term objective of the authority in delivering Decent Homes across the borough.

 

Our part in delivering decent homes is to ensure that the budget for day to day maintenance is used effectively and deliberately providing value for money for residents with a professional management approach to client and customer, providing them with a service that they can both rely upon.

 

In order to achieve this, our approach, working through our core values, has very much been proactive developing training opportunities with local people which could then be utilised in the jobs market putting back into the community a little of what has been taken out.

 

In financial terms, Kier is the largest of the Partners with Ascham Homes, but our philosophy and approach as a company is to never forget who our customers are, or that our clients expect a level of service from us that is uncompromising in its standards.
