Leaseholders are requested to contact the Right To Buy Section located at the 1, Wood Street address for information on any costs that may be incurred for work that may be necessarily undertaken to their property as part of the Decent Homes Programme.
Under the Decent Homes Programme, the installation of kitchen and bathroom will not be undertaken. However, some internal works may be necessary for which the leaseholder will be liable for a part of the cost.
