Madeleine Forster, Chief Executive
Madeleine Forster joined Ascham Homes in June 2010, committed to
delivering high quality services to residents, who are involved in
the development and scrutiny of those services. Madeleine has
worked in Housing organisations for all her professional life and
is particularly interested in the way in which a housing service
can contribute to the well being of a community.
Madeleine has lived an worked in North and East London all her
life and when not at work enjoys the peace of her allotment - and
the produce she and her partner grow.
Jo Murphy, Deputy Chief Executive
Jo Murphy joined Ascham Homes in September 2010. Jo has a broad
range of service delivery and senior management experience and is
committed to delivering excellent services to residents and the
wider community. Jo is a Trustee of a local charity working for
women and children's safety.
Derek Young, Interim Finance Director
Derek has spent the last 6 years working with 5 ALMO's in London
as Interim Director of Finance. Prior to that he was Director of
Finance of an RSL, and Director of Regulation for the Housing
Corporation. He has had a varied career working also as a
Stockbroker and Money Broker in the City for 20 years having
previously qualified as an accountant through CIPFA working for
Local Authorities.
Kate Sinclair, Head of Business
Transformation
Kate joined Ascham Homes in April 2011 and is committed to
delivering improvements for residents who use our services. Kate
has also worked in the public and charity sectors, focussing on
enabling businesses to increase their customer satisfaction and
achieve good value for money. When not at work, she enjoys tea,
baking and gardening.
