Ron Tamcken
My aim is to
work with Ascham Homes to ensure that it engages with tenants and
leaseholders. I place a high emphasis on the provision of quality
information, clear communication and equal access and will continue
to work to ensure that we deliver against these objectives.
I have been a resident of the borough for 45 years so I understand
most of the problems and concerns of local residents.
Previously, I served as Chair of this Board, and the Major Repairs
Allowance (MRA) committee at Billericay for four years.
