Paul Lowenberg
I was appointed as
Chair of the Board on 21st November 2009.
In my professional career I manage Paul
Lowenberg Associates, a public service focused management
consultancy firm. We undertake a range of fundamental service
reviews and improvement projects for clients across a wide range of
service areas.
Prior to establishing Paul Lowenberg
Associates, I was Chief Executive of Edinburgh District
Council. I also held senior management positions in Manchester City
Council and Hackney Council.
I am committed with all of the Board to
driving up resident satisfaction in Ascham Homes through:
- Achieving sustained improvement in our services
- Effective engagement with our residents and
- True partnership with Waltham Forest Council.
