Paul Lowenberg
I was appointed as
Chair of the Board inNovember 2009 and re-appointed for a further 3
year term starting November 2012.
In my professional career I manage Paul
Lowenberg Associates, a public service focused management
consultancy firm. We undertake a range of fundamental service
reviews and improvement projects for clients across a wide range of
service areas.
I was appointed as a Director of Whittington
Health Trust in May 2012 and Chair of its Finance and Development
Committee. It is the NHS integrated care organisation responsible
for Whittington Hospital in Archway, north London and the community health services in Islington
and Haringey.
Prior to establishing Paul Lowenberg
Associates, I was Chief Executive of Edinburgh District Council. I
also held senior management positions in Manchester City Council
and Hackney Council.
I am committed with all of the Board to
