Mohamed Jiva
I was appointed
an Independent Director in November 2007. I am a
Qualified Chartered accountant and have experience in a wide range
of financial issues related to Social Housing. Over the past
ten years I have worked with a number of different Housing
Associations and private sector organisations. Currently I am
working with Central Government Departments in the areas of:
Finance forecasting
Cost reduction
Performance management.
My aim is to help Ascham Homes deliver an
excellent service to all residents through the effective management
of resources that are available. In order to achieve this all
aspects of the organisation need to be challenged to
demonstrate "value for money" in delivering services.
