Ben Newton
I am a Chartered Accountant with experience in mergers &
acquisitions, corporate strategy, bidding & contract
negotiation and process improvement. I have worked in practice,
industry and the housing sector for the past 16 years in a number
of countries including Australia, Hong Kong, South Africa, Dubai
and America. I currently head the Strategy & Planning function
for Lex Autolease, a vehicle management company owned by Lloyds
Banking Group.
My aim is to utilise my commercial expertise and housing
experience to ensure a secure future for Ascham Homes so it can
continue to provide quality housing. I am committed to making a
positive contribution to the lives of tenants and leaseholders in
Waltham Forest.
