Residents Newsletter launching in January
2011
Ascham Homes will be launching our new
quarterly Residents Newsletter, which will go to all tenants and
leaseholders in January 2011.
We would like to include a residents section,
to include news and views from residents and resident
representatives. Residents can submit an article of your choice,
about things you have done, news in the community, future events,
local interests, advice or important notices.
Here are some tips for your article:
* Hook the reader by beginning with a funny,
clever or surprising statement
* Try to include a quote
* End with a neat summing-up of your story

The winning article will receive
a £25 gift voucher!
We are also looking for keen residents to
join our new Residents Editorial Group. You will
help to decide on the content for the Residents Newsletters and
check the quality of our documents. As a reward, you will receive a
£5 gift voucher for every session
you attend.
The deadline to join and also to submit your
article is: Monday 8 November 2010.
Please note that Ascham Homes and the
Residents Editorial Group reserve the right to edit and select
articles for publishing.
