Neighbourhood Management

As of
September 2011, our new Neighbourhood Management approach came into
affect.
Dedicated teams of managers and officers are serving residents
by working closely with the local community and service providers
to tackle problems and improve services.
Neighbourhood teams are split into:
1) North - including Epping,
2) Central &
3) South - including Billericay and Wickford,
shown in the map on the right.
Neighbourhood Teams will be ‘out on their feet’ in your
neighbourhoods, actively speaking and listening to the needs of our
residents, in the heart of the community.
Our goal is to understand the diverse needs in the community at
neighbourhood level and involve them through initiatives such as
our Resident Involvement Register.
1) Team North

These teams are supported by three
Neighbourhood Co-ordinators, Surveyors, Community Development
Officers and Tenancy Resettlement Workers dedicated to your area.
