Customer Services Excellence
Our Customer Services team recently applied for the
Customer Services Excellence Award to gain recognition of the
continuing commitment towards meeting our customers’ needs. Ascham
Homes continues to deliver services which are accessible, efficient
and empowering.
The award is based on a set of five criterion
for which, scrutiny was carried out by an external assessor. We
also invited stakeholders and tenants to take part in this
process.
We were assessed by SGS (the awarding body) to
have gone above and beyond the levels required to pass all five
criterions and have been advised that on the most demanding
(working with hard to reach groups), we have done exceptionally
well.
The award is valid for three years although
re-assessment takes place in one year’s time to ensure that the
standard is being maintained. Beverley Gordon, Customer Services
Group Manager said: “This has given staff a huge boost in morale
and we are confident that residents will benefit from our improving
service delivery.”
