Mary Nuako
I began in
housing 9 years ago working in service charges for leaseholders
with Redbridge Borough Council. Through gaining my CIPFA (The
Chartered Institute of Public Finance & Accounting)
accrediation I gained extensive knowledge in Service Charges and
Mortgages.
I joined Ascham Homes in 2004 as Head of Finance and am now the
Director of Resources and Legal Services for the company. My goal
was to make all staff aware of their financial responsibilities and
I'm very pleased that all staff have finance on their desktops,
ensuring we are all aware of value for money.
I live with my husband and two children in Rainham, Essex and
love to read and travel. Recently returning from a year's
sabbatical in Ghana, which was a wonderful experience.
