About Us
Ascham Homes is an 'arms length management organisation' (ALMO).
This is a not-for-profit company set up by the London Borough of
Waltham Forest Council to manage and improve the housing that it
owns. Ascham Homes manages 12400 homes (including 1800 leasehold
properties) on behalf of the Council. The Council is the landlord
of your home.
In April 2012 Ascham Homes signed a new ten year management
agreement with Waltham Forest Council. The new management agreement
gives us the opportunity to deliver more seamless housing services
through closer working between the Council and the ALMO.
Much work has gone on across the organisation to bring together
our services and open our new combined Customer Service Centre
located at Cedar Wood House, where you will find all of our housing
services under one roof.
