The Executive Management Team (EMT) provides focussed leadership to drive the company forward to achieve its vision, objectives and targets. It comprises:

Hassett Auguste	Chief Executive
Janet Wilson	Director of Operations
David Errington	Interim Director of Resources, Administration & Legal
Jan Taranczuk	Interim Director of Property and Investment

They are solely responsible for the day-to-day operations of Ascham Homes, and provide professional advice to the Board.

EMT manages the performance of the Company. Together the team ensures the proper coordination and implementation of its Service and Improvement Plans, guiding action to achieve Ascham Homes’ strategic objectives

In addition EMT is responsible for managing cross-cutting business functions, without which the Company will not succeed.

Staff recruitment and development

Each of the Heads of Service are responsible for their own division. A restructuring exercise took place to ensure that our organisation has the right teams to deliver our services, with streamlined management arrangements.
