Rothstien Williams
I am Rothstein Williams a non-executive board member for Ascham Homes.
Being a people’s person enjoys catching up and chatting about life and being able to motivate and inspire others and enjoy time spent relaxing, gardening and finding time for friends.
Enjoying studying administration and subjects surrounding it, in the hope to progress to a formal career or to manage my own business, but for now I will keep my options open.
Known to be well organise by planning ahead and stay on top of everyday work load, that way more can be done and time can be spent on other jobs.
As long as I have the will power and guidance, I will serve you the people as much as I can, but remember I'm only human.

'I am a tenant director and my aim is to work with Ascham Homes to ensure that it engages with tenants and leaseholders. As such, I place a high emphasis on the provision of quality information, clear communication and equal access and will continue to work to ensure that we deliver against these objectives.
I have been a resident of the borough for 45 years so I understand most of the problems and concerns of residents. I have also served as a previous Chair of this Board, and have chaired the Major Repairs Allowance (MRA) committee at Billericay for four years.'

'I was born in and have lived in Chingford (now, of course, part of Waltham Forest) all my life.
For approximately fifty years I have lived in council property, firstly as a tenant and subsequently when the Right to Buy legislation became law, as a leaseholder. I am, therefore, only too well aware of the importance of tenants needs and requirements.
As a tenant elected non executive director I look forward to the many challenges ahead, in conjunction with my fellow directors, to help fulfil those needs and requirements and to enable Ascham Homes to be a high achieving ALMO.
I am also involved in the Ascham Homes Repairs Service Development Group. My professional career has been in insurance, both with a company and a broker.'
