Performance Reporting by Area

Through this page you can access performance summaries and reports that will show you whether performance within your local area is above, below or the same as that in other areas that Ascham Homes manages. These briefings and reports are submitted regularly to Contract Panel meetings for your area, where residents like you scrutinise them and ask company representatives for explanations or further information.

 

Contract panels meet once a month and are attended by Ascham Homes staff and residents.  These meetings are open to any Ascham Homes Resident (tenant or leaseholder).
