About the Performance and Development Sub Committee
Performance and Development sub-committee – responsible for the delivery of undertakings to LBWF, including capital investment programmes to achieve Decent Homes, and housing and repairs services to tenants and leaseholders. The sub-committee will also maintain a programme of Best Value reviews of the services Ascham Homes provides and oversee consultation with residents.
