Ascham Homes is Reviewing its 13 Service Standards

 

 

Our Service Standards tell you about the quality and type of services you can expect from us, and are available on our website site at www.aschamhomes.org.uk/service-standards and from our 1 Wood Street office reception and from Waltham Forest Direct Shops.

 

 

We have produced these Service Standards after much internal consultation with staff, partners and stakeholders, and with tenant and leaseholder representatives through the Contract Panels. However, we now want to hear from you!

Invitation to Ascham Homes workshops

 

Our service standards need reviewing and we want your help!

 

Ascham Homes Service Standards were put together during 2005 in consultation with residents and we are now in the process of reviewing them. The Service Standards tell you what to expect from our services. For example, we will answer our telephones within five rings or we will deal with your enquiry sensitively, promptly and effectively.

 

This is where you come in. We need you to tell us which parts of the service work well and which areas need improvement. We are actively encouraging as many residents as possible from a variety of backgrounds to be involved and have their say.

 

We will be hosting two workshops and refreshments will be provided. A Raffle will take place at each workshop giving three residents the chance to win shopping vouchers for Asda Supermarket.
