One of the long-term advantages of partnership working is the commitment to develop and nurture local residents' building construction skills for the job market.
On-the-job construction training is available for residents who wish to go on and work in the building construction industry through professional training schemes. Our two main construction partners are Apollo London Ltd and the Breyer Group Plc.
The Construct Your Career Scheme is funded and run by East Potential, and our apprentices are happy and fulfilled in their training and chosen career paths. Waltham Forest Magazine (WFM) in June 08, ran a feature on two of our apprentices, Sabina Fields and Manish Parmar.
Sabina made herself known to us whilst work was being carried out to her home and Breyer staff reported her interest and invited her to join the scheme.
