I have worked in housing since 1984. I worked in the fields of homelessness and housing advice for the London Boroughs of Enfield and Lambeth and since 1991 I have been the housing specialist in the research division of the House of Commons Library.
This job requires an extensive knowledge of housing law and policy; I am also a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
I am committed to the provision of quality social housing and high standards of management.
I hope to make a positive contribution to the work of Ascham Homes in achieving the Decent Homes Standard and improving the general environment in which tenants and leaseholders live.

I am an independent Board member. Currently I am employed as Director of Resources at a school academy and in addition I work as a non-executive director of an NHS trust.
I am a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and hold a postgraduate degree in information Management & Finance. My training coupled with many years work experience enables me to put my financial and related skills at the disposal of Ascham Homes.
Having lived in the borough for over six years, I have developed a thorough understanding of the key challenges for Ascham Homes in the provision of housing services. My contribution will be to ensure that the company has the capacity to deliver against the government's agenda for change and improvement in public services for the benefit of its customers and other key stakeholders.

I am an Independent Director on the Board and am keen to represent the wider community as well as providing expert knowledge to the board on Project Management and Construction issues.
I am employed as a Building Schools for the Future Programme Manager by the London Borough of Lambeth. I moved to Waltham Forest 5 years ago and think it's a great place to live.
I believe it is essential to take an active interest in the community and to contribute something. I want to see the delivery of 'Decent Homes plus' as a way of improving both the stock and quality of the living environment for the tenants and leaseholders of this borough. I am also a governor at Kelmscott School.
