The Resident Services section covers Estate Cleaning, Grounds Maintenance, Tenancy Enfocement (including anti social behaviour), Tenant Participation and Customer Services (including our front desk and call centre Ascham Direct).

Ascham Homes policy is to issue every recognised Executive Committee Member (ECM) with an identification card. The ID card enables TRA Executive Committee Members to take part in the voting system on meetings such as Area Contract Panel and Tenants Council.
