Every year, Ascham Homes, like all companies, has to produce an annual report setting out its principal activities (in our case, providing a housing management and maintenance service to the tenants and leaseholders of the London Borough of Waltham Forest), a business review for the year, a review of its performance over the year, and the independent Auditor's report.

The financial statement sets out the Income and Expenditure for the year, the balance sheet at the end of the year, and a cash flow statement. The report is presented at the company's Annual General Meeting, and sent off to Companies House.
